Kathleen Bostick - Miss Southwest Waterfront

Kathleen Bostick graduated Magna Cum Laude from Spelman College, earning her Bachelor of Science degree. Nationally recognized for research in plant biology, neuroscience, and environmental science, she became one of the first Black women to receive an Astronaut Award. Fearless in her pursuit, she is a pilot, scuba diver, and skydiver, leading with courage and resilience. She founded InterstelHER, an initiative empowering women to pursue STEAM by collaborating with the Smithsonian Museums, DC Public Schools, and local policymakers. She plans to attend medical school, earn a PhD in neuroscience, and become the first Black woman to land on the moon.

Isabella Weyerman - Miss Georgetown

Isabella Weyerman is a Georgetown Law Merit Scholar, vocalist, and founder of Be SWEET. 


She authored and illustrated her children’s book Sweet Sophie at 15, with the adjoining program Be SWEET equipping children to communicate clearly and resolve conflict with confidence. Isabella has personally taught over 4,000 children and developed resources downloaded over 7,000 times across all 50 states and 43 countries. Her work has been featured on ABC and FOX.


At Georgetown she serves as Student Bar Association Chief of Staff and Music Director of LawCappella. She has led seven musicals and operas and performed from New York’s Birdland to concert halls across Europe. Isabella believes communication is a skill that can be taught, and when it is, people learn not just to speak, but to understand.

Christine Thompson - Miss Union Market

Christine is a former White House aide and current congressional staffer whose passion for public service is inspired by the civil rights legacy of her late father. Through her initiative “Girl Gov,” she empowers young women to pursue leadership in politics and public service. Graduating college on a full-tuition speech and debate scholarship inspired her to champion access to speech education, give back as a debate judge, and serve on the board of Congressional Black Associates, the largest Black staff association on Capitol Hill. A proud Union Market resident, Christine plans to earn her MBA and become a Fortune 500 C-suite executive, guided by the belief that perseverance leads to a brighter future ahead.

Kisa Motiwala - Miss Pennsylvania Ave

Kisa Motiwala serves as Chief of Staff for the Department of Justice’s Office of Legislative Affairs. A first-generation American, she earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School at 20, the youngest graduate in the school’s history, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Florida Atlantic University at 17. She served as counsel to the House Judiciary Committee, clerked for the White House Counsel's Office, worked on Supreme Court and Assistant Attorney General nominations, and earned the President's Gold Volunteer Service Award. Kisa serves on the fundraising and marketing committee for the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation and hosts toy drives for Children's National Hospital. She is fluent in Urdu, collects snow globes, and loves cheering on the Washington Nationals!

Aria Austin - Miss Cherry Blossom

A proud military kid with a heart for service, Aria Austin is a Public Affairs Advisor at a major law firm in DC. She previously served in the U.S. Senate after graduating from William & Mary as a Cypher Award recipient. Aria is Chief of Staff for the Black Tech Collective and former President of the Senate Black Legislative Staff Caucus. Through her initiative “Pretty Is As Pretty Does” (#PIAPD), she promotes mental wellness and kindness by redefining “pretty” as an action word. An award-winning vocalist and creator for DC Nudge, Aria hopes to unite her passions for the arts, service, and policy as an intellectual property attorney.

Maranda Estwick - Miss Georgia Ave

Maranda is proud to have been raised in Washington, D.C., while honoring her Guyanese heritage. She served four years with AmeriCorps programs, including City Year, Literacy Lab,

and Reading Partners, focusing on education equity, literacy, trauma-informed practices, and hands-on community service. Maranda has worked with students from Pre-K through 12th

grade, improving their literacy and math skills through intervention, helping adult learners obtain their high school diplomas through one-on-one instruction, and coordinating free tutoring programs. She continues her work in education while modeling professionally and attending the University of the District of Columbia. Her purpose is to be part of the education equity solution in the world and actively create meaningful change in the lives of others.

Lydia Fisher - Miss Capitol Hill

Singer, speaker, and communications consultant, Lydia Fisher is one of the District's emerging and dynamic young voices. As the Public Relations Specialist for a nationally recognized firm, she brings stories to life and helps clients shine. A lifelong performer, Lydia has taken the stage more than 250 times nationwide, partnering with service organizations through her initiative, “Lydia’s Light,” which empowers individuals with learning disabilities. In addition, she has also volunteered countless hours with our nation’s veterans. Living in her dream city while working her dream job, Lydia enjoys exploring the National Mall and visiting the Smithsonian Museums, and hopes to inspire others to reach their dreams.

Kendall Webb - Miss Mount Vernon

 Kendall Webb has called D.C. home for two years and serves as Digital Director for a U.S. House Committee, leading digital strategy on national policy issues.


As a nationally recognized Stamps Scholar, she graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Mercer University. Kendall previously worked extensively in women’s political representation and is a graduate of the University of Texas Women’s Campaign School. 


An award-winning historian, her CSI, Engaging History: Encouraging Historical Literacy and Civic Responsibility, promotes historical learning and civic awareness. Kendall is honored to return to an organization that has shaped her mother, sister, and generations of inspiring women. 

Maria Maxsimic - Miss Navy Yard

Maria is an honors graduate of Pepperdine Law School, where she ranked in the top 12% of her class, competed on the Interschool Moot Court Team, served as a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant, and earned top-grade awards in four courses. She clerked for a U.S. Senate Committee and an Alexandria litigation firm, where she will return after sitting for the July bar exam. Prior to law school, Maria graduated as valedictorian of her undergraduate business school and spent two years as a buyer in the fashion industry. Inspired by her parents’ and sister’s military service, Maria empowers and supports military families through her initiative, “Homefront Heroes: Honoring America’s Blue Star Families.” She aspires to one day serve as White House Press Secretary or a political journalist. 

Sarina Tajuddin - Miss Logan Circle

Sarina is a healthcare strategy consultant who is passionate about scaling innovation to improve care access. She’s proudly called D.C. home for 6 years, but has advocated for health equity at organizations around the globe – including the World Bank, country governments, and major U.S. healthcare providers.

A Georgetown alumnus, Sarina believes education is a catalyst for solving the world’s biggest challenges. She developed curriculum and programming as a Project Manager for National College Expedition, supporting first- and second-generation students in applying to college. Her CSI, Project Catalyst, challenges students to develop innovative solutions to issues affecting the DC community.

Evelyn Smith - Miss DuPont Circle

Evelyn Smith is a CPR instructor, heart health advocate, and marketing operations professional working at one of the nation’s top lobbying firms, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. After using her emergency response training to help save her mother during a heart attack, Evelyn transformed that moment into a mission through her initiative, Have a Heart, Save a Life. She has since certified over 1,000 individuals in CPR, partnered with public safety agencies, and led community education efforts focused on increasing emergency preparedness. As a third-generation cardiac patient, Evelyn is especially committed to addressing disparities in cardiac care for women and expanding confidence in bystander response. She plans to pursue a Doctorate in Women’s Health and a career in healthcare policy, using legislation to make life-saving education more accessible across communities.

Savannah Jasper - Miss Adams Morgan

Savannah Jasper is a student at Howard University pursuing a degree in Psychology with aspirations of becoming a civil rights attorney and public policy advocate. Born and raised in Oakland, Savannah is passionate about creating equitable spaces for marginalized communities through advocacy, research, and public service. She is the founder of Legends of Tomorrow, a youth-centered initiative focused on destigmatizing conversations surrounding LGBTQ+ youth mental health through art, community engagement, and empowerment programming. In addition to her advocacy work, Savannah serves as a Youth Justice Undergraduate Intern with the National Center for Youth Law, where she supports research and policy efforts addressing systemic inequities impacting vulnerable youth. As Miss Adams Morgan 2026, she is honored to use her voice to inspire young people, promote compassion, and advocate for accessible mental health resources throughout the District of Columbia community.

Destinee Whittington - Miss Palisades

A proud native Washingtonian and honors graduate of Alabama State University, Destinee is known for championing equitable access to education and contributing to student-focused programs.


She builds confidence and sustainable financial literacy skills in young people through her community service initiative, DIBS with Des. 


As a program specialist in the DC government, she has reached over 2000 students partnering with organizations such as the UNCF, DC Parks & Recreation, & DC Public Schools.


Through her prior endeavors as a representative for the DC school board, Destinee remains dedicated to expanding the access of practical financial knowledge to young people across the nation.

Keiara Williams - Miss Anacostia

Keiara Williams is a rising fourth-year dental student at Howard University College of Dentistry and a U.S. Air Force officer. Grounded in faith and driven by service, she leads her community service initiative, One Smile Away, promoting confidence, health, and hope through oral health education and outreach. She is passionate about uplifting underserved communities and inspiring others to walk boldly in their purpose. A proud D.C. representative, Keiara enjoys listening to Go-Go and worship music while driving through the city she loves and is honored to represent the nation’s capital with grace, compassion, and a heart for service because true happiness is one smile away.

Emilie Ferris - Miss Van Ness

Emilie Ferris is a graduate of The Catholic University of America, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies. A Dean's List honoree, she believes design is a tool for dignity, envisioning spaces that uplift those without stable housing, brought to life through her work with Habitat for Humanity.


A Rhode Island native with a theater background and creative spirit, she finds joy in trying new recipes and staying active. Living by the mantra that comparison is the thief of joy, she shows up authentically in every room she enters.


Emilie is on a mission to leave every person better than she found them.

Judith VanBoven - Miss NoMa

Judith VanBoven, a Ghanaian native raised in North Carolina, is a passionate advocate whose commitment to justice and public service has shaped her journey. After graduating from UNC Charlotte, Judith's passion for youth mentorship grew while teaching high school and serving on the N.C Youth Suicide Prevention Board, experiences that made one thing undeniable: students are ready to lead, they just need someone in their corner showing them how. Now, as a Master's student at American University and the School of Public Affairs President, Judith is focused on empowering youth to find their voice and engage civically. By God's grace, she is eager to serve the NoMa community authentically. To her, a civically engaged young mind is an unstoppable one. 

Tatenda Rameau - Miss Embassy Row

Tatenda Rameau is an actor, writer, producer, and journalism master’s student at Georgetown University. Born in the United States and raised across three continents, she calls Washington, D.C. her chosen home. A graduate of Wellesley College and former speechwriter for Fortune 500 companies, Tatenda created Found in Translation: Fostering Community Through Language and the Arts to encourage connection through storytelling and cultural exchange. Through her initiative, she has led acting workshops to help prevent bullying, brought storytelling workshops to senior citizens, and advocated for arts accessibility with state representatives. Inspired by D.C.’s vibrant arts community, she is committed to giving back to the city that helped her develop her voice.
