Jason Timothy Robinson was born in Brooklyn, New York, and grew up in Orangeburg, South Carolina. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Michigan, a Master of Arts Degree in Teaching from Hampton University, and a Master of Education Degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University. Currently, he works as both an educator and administrator. Jason is also the author of "The Image of Love," a poignant collection of love poems. His career includes experience as a newspaper reporter for the Heritage Newspapers in Michigan and as a correspondent for the Times and Democrat in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Recently, his work was featured in USA Today. In addition to his writing, Mr. Robinson is an accomplished actor, singer, and musician who has performed at the renowned Lincoln Center in New York. He began his career as a Miss America volunteer in 2009, serving as the executive director of a local pageant in Virginia. Since then, he has judged both state and local pageants across several states and is also the host of a popular pageant podcast, where he has had the pleasure of interviewing many Miss America titleholders.
Kimberly A. Bassett was appointed as the Secretary of the District of Columbia by Mayor Muriel Bowser in 2018. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Bassett served as the Director of the Mayor's Office on Women’s Policy and Initiatives (MOWPI). In this capacity, she was the chief advocate for the Bowser Administration, representing the needs and interests of women in Washington, DC. As the Director, Ms. Bassett worked closely with local and national nonprofit organizations and public agencies to engage District residents and increase program participation. Under her leadership, MOWPI coordinated various workshops and large-scale events focusing on critical issues such as equal pay, healthcare access, public safety, and domestic violence. Rickie Niceta served as the White House Social Secretary under U.S. President Donald Trump. She was appointed by First Lady Melania Trump on February 8, 2017. Before her role at the White House, Niceta worked for Design Cuisine, where she excelled as an account executive.
